We have elected to use Ruhuan Brown of Ennik Estates in the sale of our house as we grew sceptical of the estate agents in the area, whose negativity about selling at a reasonable price pretty much matched the current market in Johannesburg.
We were pleasantly surprised. After agreeing on our asking price, Ruhuan ran with it. His optimism, dedication and punctual communication amazed us time and time again. Our property sold within 2 weeks of coming onto the market, which in our opinion was an absolute miracle. It would, however not be possible without Ruhuan’s stunning performance.
